We LOVED the balloon hoop Bailey did for my daughter’s “Twotti Fruity” birthday party! She set it up at the pool a few hours before the party and then (as Alabama weather goes) it went from sunny to raining and she went out of her way to come back and move it inside so we could still enjoy it for the party! It was perfect and she is such a dream to work with! Highly recommend her for all your balloon needs!
